Small amps are OK if you need it to be heard—other electronics (like mp3 players with speakers) are discouraged. Chords and lyrics are helpful when we’re learning something new\, especially if there are more than 3 or 4 chords. A drawing will be held among participants every jam\, for a $10 gift certificate from the Cafe. Lastly\, we ask you order food and drink off the menu and refrain from carrying in. \nBring along a favorite song or two\, and maybe learn a new one. It’s a musical potluck with no cooking required. If you have a carol or something along those lines\, a few chord sheets would be helpful\, as those progressions are usually not that easy to figure out on the spot.
